New factory intelligent factory planning project

This project is mainly for Rongxing electric intelligent factory planning consulting project, which mainly provides workshop status investigation, plant building parameter planning, Park logistics planning, workshop overall planning and other services.

The new plant planning project involves two concrete plants, covering a total area of 3264 square meters, of which one is a single storey plant, covering an area of about 1331 square meters, and the other is a five storey plant, covering an area of about 1933 square meters.

In the future, the new factory plans to have an annual capacity of 200000 units. The planning includes pre-processing technologies such as plate cutting, stamping, bending and polishing, as well as assembly of flue gas machine, gas cooker, disinfection cabinet, etc. until the delivery of finished products. The whole process is planned according to the lean streamline scheme to meet the future diversified and high output value development needs.

1. Overall planning of the park: the overall layout of the park is planned according to the product categories and process flow planned in the future and the principle of separation of people and vehicles.

2. Park logistics planning: according to the future planning of product categories and process flow, the park logistics is planned around the principle of people and vehicles diversion.

3. Plant infrastructure adjustment: combined with the overall planning of the plant, the relevant parts of the plant infrastructure are adjusted to facilitate future production and operation.

4. Floor function positioning: calculate the area demand of each module according to the capacity planning, and confirm the floor positioning of each workshop in combination with the process relevance review.

5. Warehouse logistics planning: the finished products are palletized in the warehouse, and the belt retractor is used for delivery, which can be loaded directly to reduce the secondary handling.

6. Auxiliary facilities planning: new factory production facilities, fire pool, electric room and air compressor room and other auxiliary facilities planning.

7. Review of plant building parameters: the planning scheme of the new plant is connected with the Design Institute, and the relevant fire safety regulations, scheme review and infrastructure adjustment are clarified.
