This new factory planning project involves three multi-storey production plants, including storage, injection molding, SMT assembly of molds and final product delivery. The whole process is planned according to the lean plan to meet the future diversified and high output value development needs.

From August to November, Seiko intelligent consultant team spent three months to liberate the enterprise from the traditional manufacturing mode and gradually realize lean, information and intelligent through new factory planning.

Through the cooperation between Xiaoxiong electric and Seiko, we can bring forth new ideas in the plant planning and design concept, and the overall project meets the final assumption: the optimal standard of big logistics; the workshop layout achieves the expectation; the line design improves the production capacity and meets the goal; the technical ability of the management is improved through the project.

At the summary meeting of new factory planning project, general manager of Xiaoxiong electric appliance group highly affirmed that the precision engineering team has systematically and comprehensively produced the scheme for the new factory in more than three months. The planning stage of the project is basically completed, but different problems will be encountered during the actual landing process, which needs to be overcome together.
