Shandong Shenli rigging Co., Ltd. is a large private high-tech enterprise which produces Grade 80 high-grade rigging products in China. Founded in February 1965, the company was restructured into Shandong Shenli rigging Co., Ltd. in 2005, with a registered capital of 10.8 million yuan, annual sales of 400 million yuan, and accumulated capital of fixed assets of more than 700 million yuan. The main business of the company is the production and sales of more than 6000 varieties and specifications, such as Grade 80 link double buckle, safety hook, chain regulator, strong (sub parent) ring, Grade 80 rigging accessories, high-speed rail light rail parts, mining compact chain, etc., and has self operated to more than 60 countries and regions around the world.

New plant planning project

This project mainly provides consulting services for the planning of Shenli rigging new factory, including the overall planning of smart Park, detailed layout planning of workshop, automation scheme planning, intelligent warehouse planning, intelligent logistics planning, top-level design of intelligent factory and auxiliary facilities planning.

The total planned area of the new plant is 425mu; the total building area is 191934 m2, with 7 workshops and 4 office and living rooms.

The new factory will plan to achieve the target output value of 1.2 billion in three years. The planning content includes process: blanking, forging, machining, heat treatment, spraying, packaging and delivery of finished products. The whole process is planned according to lean streamline scheme to meet the needs of future diversification and high-yield development.

April 2020 to August 2020 (4 months)

The layout of the new factory is changed from functional layout to streamlined layout in combination with the product process characteristics. It focuses on solving the problems of production discontinuity, long logistics handling distance, more secondary handling and more work in progress in Shenli's existing factory. The overall production process improves the overall operation level of the factory by means of intelligent logistics equipment and air logistics line. At the same time, it introduces self forging technology Automation, machining automation, packaging line and other ways to achieve the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.
